Ms. Drogaris is a Director in the New Jersey office of Redwood Realty Advisors. Ms. Drogaris focuses on retail investment sales at the local and national level. Her expertise includes representation of clients in 1031 tax deferred exchanges, strategic consulting, negotiation services, asset valuations, financial modeling, and creating optimal exit strategies for single assets and portfolios. Prior to joining Redwood Realty Advisors, Ms. Drogaris specialized in contract disputes and professional malpractice and was an active litigator. She also has had several years' experience managing large multifamily and mixed-used buildings in Brooklyn, New York.
